A number of demographic changes are affecting the workforce. For the first time in history there are four generations working side by side in the workplace. The 77 million Baby Boomers are approaching retirement age, and there are only 66 million people in the next generation.

The Transition Institute provides workshops and assistance for employers to help them successfully address these changes.
